1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Products are eligible for return if they are unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.

1.2 Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date. Products that have been used, damaged, or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return.

1.3 The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items on sale or marked as “final sale”
  • Gift cards

2. Return Process

2.1 To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@qbshopbd.com with your order number and reason for return.

2.2 Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product to us.

2.3 The customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred in returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Refunds

3.1 Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

3.2 Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

3.3 If your return is not approved due to non-compliance with our return conditions, we will notify you, and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

4. Exchanges

4.1 We offer exchanges for eligible items if there is an issue with size, color, or a manufacturing defect.

4.2 To request an exchange, please contact us at info@qbshopbd.com with your order number and exchange details. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

5.1 If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photographs of the item and packaging.

5.2 Damaged or defective items can be returned for a full refund or exchanged for a replacement at no additional cost.

6. Cancellations

6.1 Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
