Products that have been used, damaged, or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return.<\/p>\n<p>1.3 The following items are not eligible for return or refund:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Custom or personalized products<\/li>\n<li>Items on sale or marked as &#8220;final sale&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Gift cards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Return Process<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2.1 To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at <a rel=\"noopener\">info@qbshopbd.com<\/a> with your order number and reason for return.<\/p>\n<p>2.2 Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product to us.<\/p>\n<p>2.3 The customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred in returning the item.
